How to Set Up Auto-Pay

Log into your Arkcess Resident Portal.
Navigate to the Payments or Billing section.
Select Set Up Auto-Pay.
Choose your payment method (Bank Account/ACH or Credit Card).
Select a deduction date — ideally 1–2 days before the due date.
