How to Set Up Auto-Pay
- Log into your Arkcess Resident Portal.
- Navigate to the Payments or Billing section.
- Select Set Up Auto-Pay.
- Choose your payment method (Bank Account/ACH or Credit Card).
- Select a deduction date — ideally 1–2 days before the due date.
