About Lekki Gardens Phase 2

Lekki Gardens Phase 2 is a residential estate in Lagos managed by the Lekki Gardens Phase 2 Residents' Association (LG2RA). The Security and Safety Committee oversees community security for hundreds of residents, visitors, service providers, and delivery personnel entering daily.

The Challenge Before Arkcess

1. No Hardware Integration

Previous app operated in isolation from gates/barriers, keeping verification manual.

2. Clunky UX & Low Adoption

Old system was difficult to navigate. A security system nobody uses protects no one.

3. Visitor Verification Gaps

Guards relied on judgment calls, leaving unauthorized entry as a real daily risk.

4. Slow Issue Resolution

Problems lingered unresolved, eroding residents' confidence in gate operations.

"This experience has been nothing short of transformative... I wholeheartedly recommend Arkcess to any community seeking a reliable and user-friendly access control solution. Their innovative approach and exceptional service have made a positive impact on the safety and security of LG2RA."
