You can generate a unique invite code through the app which will notify you when the guest arrives, on the home page simply click on a single invite, fill in the invite time and the code validity, click on proceed and input your pin and your code will be generated immediately.
No you can't, you have to generate another code for the second guest.

Onboarding typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the estate’s size and the level of integration required (such as gate hardware or access control systems).
On your app home page, simply click on bills on the bottom right tabs and select the bill you wish to pay for, click on pay then click on single payment, confirm the amount to be paid and an account number will be generated for you, make your payment into the account number generated and click on “I've transferred the money” and your payment will be updated.

Yes you can, on your Arkcess App home page, navigate to the Bill tab on the right bottom of the app, select the bill you wish to pay for, click on pay then click on Multi payment then select the number of months you wish to pay for, confirm the amount to be paid and an account number will be generated for you, make your payment into the account number generated and your payment will be updated.
You can view your payment history and transaction records through the app's dashboard, simply navigate to Bill on the bottom right of the app home page and click on Bill & Utility on the top right of the app to view your payments.
Yes, you can dispute a payment through the app, simply go to report issues on the home page of the app, navigate to billing issues and tick on other billing issue, click on next at the bottom right of the app and share more details about the issue in the box provided and the Arkcess support team will assist in resolving the issue.
Yes. The system automatically sends reminders for outstanding levies, bills, or service charges.
Late payment fees may apply depending on your estate's policies and settings.
You might likely get a reverse of your pay due to the bank network issue. Kindly wait for some time and try again or reach out to the support team.
